My experience of the UK Border Agency. We saved up for the 'express' route, where you go upstairs and your application is processed in 6 hours. And there is tea/coffee etc etc. Most of the people upstairs in this special place were white immigrants like me. Most people waiting in the long line in Croydon, in the cold wind, outside, for the whole day were People of Colour.
