5: Biases

I recognise that I have a number of biases that are socialised into me and the way I learned about my privilege. When talking about race, I can become anxious and defensive and this is an embodied experience. This racism is in us, even if we don’t want it. The history of racism is longer than the history of anti-racism so we have a lot of work to do.
