67: “I have become aware recently..”

As a white person, I have become aware recently, how little I am aware of my privilege. It goes unnoticed because you don't know how people would react to you in any situation if you were not white. I am Jewish and I have often felt upset that antisemitism is unnoticed because it is so subtle that people get away it, but I had not realised how much subtle discrimination there is against black people too. I think I had only really been aware of the most blatant kind of obvious racism.
